RHS Chelsea Flower Show – Greening Grey Britain Garden (2017)

For the RHS Chelsea Flower Show 2017, Jo Peel was commissioned to create a large-scale mural for the Greening Grey Britain Garden, designed by landscape architect Nigel Dunnett. The mural ran along the full length of the garden, responding to its themes of urban greening, biodiversity and the reintroduction of nature into city spaces.

This collaboration marked the beginning of an ongoing working relationship with Nigel Dunnett, leading to further projects including Urban Biophilia and Growing City. Together, these works explore how public art and landscape design can work in harmony to reimagine urban environments and promote more sustainable, nature-led cities.
