Alma Road, Enfield

London, UK (2016)

Commissioned by Thames 21 and Enfield council, I created this mural with the help of children from a local school along A110 underpass which was previously quite a dark and unloved space.

We worked to include the children’s drawings in the mural, coinciding with the fantastic rain gardens created in the area to help make the pavements safer and more attractive places to be, at well as mitigating flood risk and helping to combat some of the pollutants from the busy road.

A great project to be invoved in, the mural tells the story of the rain gardens and the environment, helping to bring light and positivity to the area.
